Heading to Toledo Bend this weekend for a week, staying in Housen. Anyone have any pointers on what this weather is doing to the bass? Thanks!

Just talked to a buddy who is on the lake today. North winds are preventing safe boating out in the main lake. Water temp is already in the 70's! I'd probably start at the back of the creeks.

We hardly ever leave Housen, weather looks decent for next week so hopefully the rain has them up in the creeks biting.

We hardly ever leave Housen, weather looks decent for next week so hopefully the rain has them up in the creeks biting. How did you do? I went out today and didn't get a single bite.

It wasnt a very good trip, the weather didnt cooperate much. We got into the a few day but the bites where few and far between.

tbend is fishing extremely tuff right now. we had to cover a ton of water to catch a few fish per day recently.

I spent Friday/Saturday on Toledo Bend. NO bites Friday and on Saturday I got a few dinks when I got lucky and happened to be at the right spot when a small school was passing by.
So then I went to Sam Rayburn Sunday and Monday. Got a couple on a frog in the hydrilla and that's it.
