this happens every weekend in Ardmore
and good luck the customer service,,, no one works , only answers phone and ask stupid questiond

Was just on the phone with AT&T tech support for 57 minutes. She confirmed the fire at their data center in Richardson and said they were working tirelessly to get it up and running and I should expect service to return within 24 hours. What she really meant was go rent a movie or listen to your radio cause you ain't watching Monday Night Football and don't bother calling back cause I don't give a [censored].  Just wondering why you would call ATT and wait on the phone 57 minutes. This outage has been all over the news since this morning. Uh, if you dont have service, how would you know its been on the news? Things that make you go hmm.

I have ATT for home internet and it was down all of yesterday evening but back up this AM. Most of Flower Mound is all Verizon but I live in a small pocket with ATT access. For anyone saying you should have this service or that service from what I have seen they all have outages from time to time but this is the first one we have had with ATT in years.

 YAAA, TV is back on.

Seems like a little bit of Fake News coming out of AT&T. They tried to downplay the situation with their outage map. We live in Corsicana, way south of the areas they show on their map and we had uverse outage all day as well.

Just got back in town and my wife switched us to TWC/Spectrum yesterday
I was sceptical; because Id heard bad things and weve been with Uverse since day one
Im very impressed
Faster WiFi
Faster/less glitchy dvr
Cheaper
Much better/simpler remote
The picture quality appears significantly better
