What a change in the weather.
Usually I don't go fishing when a cold front just blows in unless its catfishing but I took time off work so I went anyways. It was a beautiful day from start to finish. The bite was way different then it is in warmer weather. It started off slow and could not feel the thump.
As the day progressed the bite got heavier and started feeling like what I'm used to on normal conditions. Never thought I'd be crappie fishing with a hoodie on all day but it beats the hell out of the 100s.
I was fishing with 1/8oz jig head with Black Chartreuse Rocky Top.
