Hog farmer 5 wire rig with the silver willow blades, 1/8oz V&M swimbait heads or /8oz belly weighted swimbait hooks if fishing heavy timber. I usually use the Rage swimmers or the Jr. skinny dippers, make sure the middle bait is bigger size and maybe even a different color or add some chartreuse to the tail. 65lb braid least a 6:3:1 reel and a 7.5-8ft heavy action rod.
