After extracting the broken bolt and reconnecting the fuel pump it turned out the technician failed to secure a hose clamp which was causing incorrect airflow to one turbo. I had the service manage get one of his best guys to do another full inspection of the truck and also drive it a few miles. I then asked him to fill the fuel tank when they were done. He had no issue with doing these things. I picked up the truck Friday and am currently in the middle of a 1500 mile road trip with no further issues. (Knock on wood). I have the service records of all issues and if any further arise pertains to this issue I will begin to look into Limon laws.
