Ive always liked Michael Young, but no way Id want a manager that had never coached at the professional level. However, when you have a terrible, bratty GM, that no one wants to work for, this is what you get.

Yep, Ranger's have the same problem as the Cowboys. Only difference is Daniels will fire a manager in a heart beat.

Young is my favorite Ranger all-time I just don't know if he has the personality to be an MLB manager. Not sure if he is feisty enough to hold his own against the umps for one thing. I'm still kinda pizzed at the way he was jerked around during his last couple years with the Rangers.

I was being sarcastic. He was a disaster the other night against the Sox. That was my point; former players with no managing experience arent the answer, apparently even when you have talent like the Yankees. The Rangers, my friends, do not have that talent, so they need someone other than Young.
