He should have been fired for any one of the seasons for which the team record was lower than their talent level. By my count, he is up to 10 seasons for that stat. He hasn't been fired yet, so I just can't guess where the limit is for that threshold.

Doesn't matter who's calling the plays.. it's who's running the plays really. When you are talent deficienct you have to coach differently, and coach process can't do that. I would be doing crazy [censored] every week...5 wide with Zeke, QB option 10-15 plays, reverses, HB passes, fake punts, kicks, never punt from one inch plus territory, etc.... On D I'd send people every play from everywhere. [censored] it, got nothing to lose. i like that approach never kick I don't get the constant kicking? even Jimmie Johnson has come around and was wondering why teams punt all the time when the numbers are overwhelming that you go for it. I believe he said that teams that have gone for it this season are like 65% or better. If you are down or playing a team that is better than you wth does punting do for you?? other than give them another chance to score? at least FAKE PUNT every once in a while to keepp them honest. & go for 2 every single math study says this is what you do? no one is willing to try it?

I wish they would do away with extra points...won't happen, but I wouldn't mind seeing all kicking removed from the game.
Jerry won't fire him...he may promote him to office foot stool...but he won't fire his little puppet.

A loss this week at home vs JAX may get it done. Would have to be a blow out loss. Garrett is not the only one that needs to be fired. The GM should be fired too but we know the answer to that one. Garrett will make to the end of the season but no guarantee we'll get anybody better. Not many REAL coaches can work under Jones or Stephen. The head coach of the Cowboys is just a title not to be confused with a HEAD COACH.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.

I like the idea of hiring a college coach because of their knowledge of college players and how to motivate them. Best one I can think of is Kirby Smart at Georgia but doubt he could work under Jerry. I know one thing, everybody's tired of the one we got including the players.

Why would Jerry Jones change a single thing? He's making bank, win lose or draw, the money continues to flow. Where is all that money coming from?
