Fringe Tackle Co. in Cameron TX. has become a Calhoun distributor and for me this is great, I make my own creatures/worms and I have the benefit of working with a person that I buy my swimbaits from. Colorants are a grab bag, so much repackaging going on these days you'll most likely being buying the same regardless where ever you purchase it from. If you're starting out cost wise you'll probably be more interested in pre-made silicone molds, there's a number of on line outlets and you'll find one that will stock the mold that best represents the bait you're wanting to make.

Not sure where you are but if you're in the Lake Fork area I have a bunch of plaster molds sitting in a box not being used you can have for free.
