I have never gone to a weigh in at any event hosted by Lake Fork Marina, where the weighins are for Berkley etc.
I live in Dale Creek and fish that area primarily. I know the dangers of running on pad believe me I have my fair share of torture. With that being said can anyone give me their routes into the weighins ? I have navionics and it shows a clear run from the pump station north in that area (pink line). I don’t see idling that far to weighin a fish on an hourly pay tourney when it takes 45 min to idle in from the main boat lane which runs on the other side of the lake from the weighin. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I always go straight out of that cove right to the boat lane. I line up with the water tower that you can see when running out of the marina.

There is a cove on the east bank straight across with a dock just inside the cove. I line up with it to run to the east boat lane. At night, it had red and green lights on it.

I lost a lower unit coming out of that cove, so I'm hesitant to fly in and out of there.

I don't see why someone can't mark a route as many tournaments they have out there.I hate trying to get in there

It is kinda hard to believe they don't have buoy's marking a defined boat lane. I use the Lance Vick chip and have never had a problem.

I've always came straight outta the cove and ran right toward the biggest, grassy area on land without any trees on it on the east bank. Never had a problem, one....

That's basically what Pack shared. Run on that line until you can see the buoy in the lane in front of that green hill, then aim at that... There are two marked trees fairly close to the lane, but they are about 6 feet below the surface now. It has been a while since I have seen them, if I remember my waypoint correctly, Vick's lane headed up to the bridge cuts in on the other side of them.
