Looking for a good spinning setup for wacky rig. 100-200 dollars. It can be a combo or separate.

Abu Garcia spinning rod(I like the 6'3" Med one). $75ish
Quantum Throttle $60 reel or Pflueger Trion $40 reel in the 2500 sizes.
Pflueger Trion combo at BPS- $60 so can buy a 6' Med one and a 6'6" Med heavy one cover a lot of bases.

I have to agree with skeeterK about the Pfluger President for a reel. It might be a little heavier than my Stradic of the same size. But I really notice no difference when switching from the Shimano to the Pfluger as far as performance. Most importantly the President has a nice smooth drag.
I would go with the Pfluger reel and spend more on the rod.

^^^agree
Once every 2-3 years you will see the Pflueger Presidents go on sale for around $35 somewhere
When that happens buy a couple in 2500 size and 2-3 in 3500
Mine have lasted ten years+ with twice a year lube

If throwing 5 senkos no need to go with a spinning setup. Plenty of weight to cast on decent baitcasting tackle

I have fished with both the stradic and the president. Always liked my stradic better than the president. Smoother and always reliable. President had a problem with drag from the start that I was always fighting where spool would cause drag to tighten over time. Got new spool, same issue. I could just never really trust the president. I had to get a new president because of a poor design decision in bail mechanism forcing me to look for new parts which were unavailable. Parts for my 15+ year old stradic are still available when needed. Stradic still working like it was new and only had it serviced once and lube occasionally. Only problem with stradic has been needing to replace the friction ring twice but for the amount of time using the reel, what it has been through and price of replacement parts not bad at all. I love that reel.
New Stradic is about 4 times the price of the president so from purely cost basis would be better off going with the president. They fixed the bail issue and my newer one does not appear to have the drag issue. Really have it as a backup reel and works quite well for that.

I just put together a couple using G Loomis E6X rods (clearance $89.00 Academy) and Shimano Stradic C4i reels ($169.00 eBay) which is a little above your price range. Keep an eye out for the clearance rods to show up and then pick a Shimano reel to match your price range and have fun!

Pflueger president with a falcon lowrider 6'10" rod. It's called the shakeyhead if I remember right. If you can find the old one that's the best rod I ever had but the new ones are nice too.
