The wife and I headed down to Port A for some fun in the sun and of course a chance for me to go offshore kayak fishing!! For the last few years the weather always took a turn for the worst and prevented the offshore stuff and kept us in the bay. This year we (I) hit not one, but two weather windows for offshore kayaking. We were going to hop on my buddy Bob's boat midweek so the Mrs. would have a chance at some pelagics but our luck wouldn't hold out. Anyway here are a few pics. My first king mackeral. Caught at the Mayan Princess rigs  A little exploring in Corpus Christi Bay  No rig trip with Bob with this weather coming in  Met up on PINS (Padre Island National Seashore) with some friends. Great pics and some nice kings. Near Packery on the flats did y'all experience any Red Tide?
