My wife picked up a 4 pack of mini naan bread at walmart. They make a perfect pizza dough, thin, crispy on the bottom with a good chew. Use the kraft pizza blend cheese and top with anything you like. 10 minutes in the oven and you have easy hot fresh pizza.

is Naan a healthy option? Yes, it's right up there with pepperoni, sausage, and lots of cheese.
