I believe the total shot is what's considered. Not total deceased. I haven't seen much on it. But heard multiple shot.

Per the FBI and others that track Mass Shootings it's one in which four or more people selected indiscriminately, not including the perpetrator, are killed.

So, this is not technically a Mass Shooting. But does that really matter to those involved - no.

What I've seen is the shooter was a woman. There were three killed and 2 injured, including the shooter. She's in custody in the hospital in critical condition. The report I read said officers did not fire their weapons. So she was either shot by another person there, or she shot herself.
