Rub the drink of choice on the rash and see if it gets worse.

Switch brands. Usually happens in wine. Red wine in particular

If you drink more to the point of puking and a headache where your hair hurts, then the rash and mouth tingles will seem more of a minor problem.

My Asian friend Bob has this problem. Take an ANTACID before you drink. It is fairly common among Asians and this remedy works. He does not report mouth tingling tho.

you may or may not want to read the webMD article, pretty much any symptom can link you to an imminent death prognosis.
https://www.webmd.com/allergies/alcohol-allergy#1

you might try vodka. i also read this on the internet, so it must be true:
"Smirnoff is distilled from corn, and the company's plain vodka should be safe, even if you're sensitive to gluten-grain-based alcohol. Smirnoff also is offering "Smirnoff Sourced" flavored vodka, which contains 10% fruit juice from concentrate and is labeled "gluten-free."

Did this start soon after you got sick from volunteering/helping out the officers with their sobriety checks?

I remember you getting quite ill

Your body physiology still hasnt recovered

Eat really healthy, exercise, drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol for a while
