Houston looks to rebound from a tough loss at New England, where they couldn't stop the Brady to Gronk connection, and were also unimpressive on offense. Watson, who missed most of last year and played sparingly in the preseason due to a torn right ACL was just 17/34 for 176 with a pick and a touchdown, he never seemed to be in sync with his wr's. The Titans are also coming off a loss in the longest game in NFL history that went over 7 hours due to inclement weather.
This week should be a little easier for the Texans, QB Mariota is questionable with an elbow injury and T.E. Walker is out for the year with an ankle injury. The Titans may have to rely more on their run game, possibly without both starting tackles, which should play into the hands of the Texans d line. Houston also has some key injuries. Starting wr's Hopkins, Fuller and 4th round pick Coutee are all questionable and Coats is out. On defense, Houston cb Johnson is out with a concussion in what is already a thin secondary.
The two teams split the series last year, with both winning at home. Vegas has this one at Hou -3 but look for that line to go up if Mariota can't go. Weather could be a factor late in the game with the remnants of Florence approaching Nashville.

I'm really starting to think Bailey is either still injured or has a physical reason he has not been signed. Some bad misses the first week and some today across the league. If he is not signed tommorrow then I am leaning towards he is injured.
