I was just thinking the same thing when I saw my fence smoking after a quick one inch downpour.

Grew up in extreme humidity where it rarely dropped below 90% in the summer. never thought much about it until i moved out here where it rarely gets above 50% in the summer and often is much lower. I now hate humidty

It's the same here in Saginaw Mark. I mowed the back yard and trimmed the hedges. I could almost ring my shirt out of water. Then the sky opened up and we had a nice storm with some high wind and rain

Entire summer here in the Bluegrass has been hot and outrageously humid. Hate to say it...but I cant take it.

The lower humidity makes you hate it?

Grew up 5 miles off of Sabine Lake. I don't think y'all really understand humidity.

I slept in this morning .... Went to my favorite place for a Chicken Fried Steak. Came home and got on the mower. Got it done just before a Turd floater north of Ray Roberts. Grass is happy up here in horse country.

You can add north Alabama to that list as well. I enjoy yard work, but it has been unbearable since the beginning of August.

Kinda like love in relationships. Too much of it and youre a stalker, not enough of it and youre losing half your s**t in a divorce.
