Has anyone developed an app to track all the companies a person is boycotting? Or do people just keep a long handwritten list in their wallet?

I only make mental notes about the ones I shopped at in the first place. Cancelled my wife's stitch fix, don't go to starbucks anymore, don't watch the NFL, not going to buy anything nike-related. I still shop at DSG because the employees at the Rockwall store have been super nice to me. No other ones I can think of. I don't boycott anyone who donates to democrats - I boycott brands that support and condone people who openly disrespect the USA.

I also make notes on the other side of things - Morgan Pressel was an angel to my daughter at the recent LPGA tournament here in Texas. She is sponsored by Callaway and Under Armour, so that's who I'm buying sports gear from for the time being.

I don't buy anything with a logo, including Carthart. They should pay me to advertise for them, not vise versa.

I think if the guy had just been ignored in the beginning the whole thing would have faded away very quickly. But no, the press had to make a big deal out of it. IT was one man doing a protest. Now Nike is trying to make a profit from it.

I've never boycotted anything in my life. But I think this move has enraged a lot of people and it could be bad for nike in the long run. I will personally never buy nike again and I think there are millions more who feel the same. This is the first time I've seen outrage to this level from middle of the road to right folks. The president of the fraternal order of police put out an awesome statement.

I don�t give a hoot about Nike�s manufacturing practices. Every major athletic shoe manufacturer in the world use the exact same procedures using the exact same workers. Adidas, New Balance, Asics, Reebok...they all do it. That is not what this is about.

This is about Nike making a business decision to partner with the most polarizing figure in the most important sport in America. I don�t care how it turns out, but as a business person it is interestiing to watch. Personally I believe this is Nike and Kaepernick both attempting to cash in on the revolution the Kaepernick championed. We will see which one makes makes or loses the most with this scheme.

It's fascinating what people become "outraged" about. They literally had children working in sweat shops...nothing but crickets. Ad campaign with controversial "celebrity"...burn em.

A week ago their stock was trading at 83.63,currently trading at 79.01 = 4.62 per share X 10,000 shares = $46,200. And I promise you SOMEONE was holding a lot more than 10,000 shares.Pay your broker his fees and commission and still walk away with a nice profit. Will their stock price bounce back? We love America. And I love profits more than sex. I didn't really want to get into a rant, but I will say a few things. The richest one percent of this country owns half our country's wealth, trillions of dollars. One third of that comes from hard work, two thirds comes from inheritance, interest on interest accumulating to widows and idiot sons and what I do, stock and real estate speculation. It's BS. You got ninety percent of the American public out there with little or no net worth. I create nothing. I own. We make the rules, pal. The news, war, peace, famine, upheaval, the price per paper clip.
