Went out this morning with an open mind but no real pattern or information to draw from. Within about half an hour I figured it out. Early on I caught a couple fish on a light Texas rig in a perch color. After an hour or two I switched to a drop shot with about a 12” leader, using a wacky rigged senko, in the same color family. I hooked up shortly after. As the sun rose higher I lengthened my leader to adjust for suspending fish, but felt that the long leader muted the action in the wacky rigged senko, so I switched to the original finesse worm I used for the Texas rig, this time nosehooked. I continued catching a few fish on the hour. When it got hotter and boat traffic increased, I picked up a jig, same color scheme, and began skipping docks into heavily shaded locations with a low platform and fresh water inflow. This worked well. Nearly every fish I caught today was caught on docks.

I meant your typical catches. Curious what broad scope of sizes people are catching this time of year and what I can expect on that body of water.
