I will be staying aug 26th-29th. Any advice on who to use or would inshore be better

Hey Nate, I also live in Rockwall! Many folks on here used to use Cowboys Charters not too long ago. I'm not sure if they are still popular or not. I will PM you some useful info so make sure you log in and check your mail.

Chuck They are definitely high on the lists I see published for those "not to use" since they threw the recreational fishermen under the bus. But there are still enough folks out there that don't care and just want to catch fish so they are still going strong. To the OP .... what are you wanting to fish for and how many do you have?
