Point is it's not my responsibility to provide supplies for the whole class, I provide for my child, as well should the other parents, take for instance the meth heads across the street, they would rather blow their money on speed instead of providing the supplies for their kids knowing that the list is over providing so their kids have the same amount of supplies, easy way out, ain't down with that So a 2nd grader should be punished for their parents decision. I've had a lot of kids that were in this situation that went on to big things because someone got supplies for them and were given the opportunity to he successfull. The poverty cycle and poor choice cycle will continue. We try and avoid the poor, I think that's the best policy
