I have 4 kids who just love to dig holes. One of them doesnt know when to stop digging, but that is another story. Where we used to live, it was dang near impossible to dig because of the rocks, I fear the new place will have an issue because of the tree roots. We shall see.

Sometimes what didn't work out for you, did in fact, work out for you.
Haters going to hate and believers are going to believe.
Every man has two lives,The second one starts when he realizes that he has only one.
“Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.”

They have a 3 foot variance on marking utilities, 18" on both sides. But yes that would be my first call.
