I started with Libre thought it was great till I heard about Dexcom with the alarms. just google Dexcom G6 or search Dexcom G6 on facebook lots of info there. You can also get readings on some smartphones other people can monitor. https://www.facebook.com/groups/503798986681058/

So this thing is "implanted" on your arm, as in it's imbedded? Does a doctor have to do it?

My wife is type 1 and we were looking into the dexcom a while back. I've got pretty good insurance through my company, maybe we need to call them.

Ive been considering it just to be a smarter eater. I test once daily which is not ideal.

Does Medicare cover these?
