clicky

Man tries to force his way into girl's bathroom stall. Girl's father beats him to death.

Not really sure where I fall on this one.

Pervert probably deserved what he got but not sure how the courts will feel about it.

you dont get to beat someone to death for rattling the door when your trying to poop. little over reaction. Everyone wants to protect there child but beating a man to death in front of them isnt protecting them.

I gotta go with no on this one. It would have been one thing had he caught him in the act, but after the fact, not so much.

I've been to plenty of convenience stores that only had 1 public bathroom.
This could have been a case where the man didn't know anyone was in the bathroom.
I know I've been using those bathrooms before and had someone try to open the door instead of knocking first.

That's not the case at QT, they have separate bathrooms for women and men.

Not justified. Did not catch him in the act. Kicking the man after he was down is too much.

That's good to know that it's the same in Arizona as it is here.

Well some fathers have shorter tempers then others.

I think he will have a tough time with this, unless their is more to the story.

If he caught him in the act, or if the guy had successfully gotten into the stall and done something to his daughter, that changes things. As it stands, based on the info in that article, I agree with Kingfisher.

Did she see him, lock herself in the stall and he continued to try and get to her?
Was he being vulgar or communicating with her in any way?
Would love to see security camera footage......

father didnt know all the details and handled it. Sucks for him the guy died.
Blk on blk, the father probably walks.

I've been distracted and walked into the women's restroom and now feel grateful I was not beaten to death...more than once in buildings that flip their floorplans including restroom right and left.

Not justifiable in any way.
That does not mean he will be convicted. We let people go when the public sees it differently than the founding fathers.
