Bought house in November, was told deck is fairly new. Now it blows!!!!!!!! Every board creeks and squeaks. They painted it and sucked it up even more on that crappy job. Here some pictures......IMO it was not treated wood and the cheapest stuff on the market, and now I�m paying for it.
What�s your opinion???? Lay it on me? Tear it up and do it right or somehow fix it?

Tear it up and replace with composite . Just swipe your credit card away and never look at the bank account or receipt. Never rots never fades put your studs about a foot apart from each other . Thank me later
