Uncle Zeek...don�t know if you did (first time) or not, but make sure you sign with ink color other than black. I�ve had to provide �official� signatures on a few docs recently and it was required. I asked why and was told two reasons:
1) Makes original copy stand out when dealing with stacks and stacks...etc.
2) Photocopier technology has advanced to where copies can be made to look like original signatures.

Don�t know if that�s bs or not, but point #1 makes sense...at least intuitively.

I had to hand-deliver that file folder to a couple different places over those years, and I don't remember it being very big. But at the time, it was an unimportant detail to me, and my memory of unimportant details is not always very reliable.

Run for public office and see how fast your records take to show up.

I wonder if I could buy a new copy of mine WITHOUT that article 15...
