I love when Pokes are down toward the bottom of the pre-season rankings....they always seem to fly right up to the top 10 or better pretty quick. When ranked very high, that's when they falter. I don't expect for them to bust the top 10 until they beat Texas by 20 on Oct 27th. Beating Tech by 30 won't help their rankings. They will sneak up on some teams this year, one being OU. Mason is gone, but they will have three legit contenders for that position. The true freshman, Spencer Sanders, will be starting before the year is up. He's a triple threat QB......Butch, is he kin to you? Nice mix of experienced receivers and it doesn't hurt to have nine returning starters on defense, either. Eventual 2018 Big 12 Champs! yeah they definitely won't shoot up into the top 10 early after playing Missouri State, South Alabama, and Boise State in their non-conference games. What a schedule!  Boise St. may be in the tournament That's pretty good Butch, Boise is loaded this yr a lot of the talking heads are liking the Broncos. Beating OSU would be a good win early

I find it amazing how many of you folks talk the Chokelahoma [censored] when your teams haven't got past sniffing their jockstraps, much less a NC.

One loss can kill your chances at the playoff unless u are bama, u gotta play somebody to make the playoff though.

tu winning the Big Dumpster fire may be the funniest thing Ive seen in a short minute. Dabaker May be the most delusional sip poster on here.
Aggies wont win the SEC this year, but you have to give a new coach some time to implement his system (how many seasons does Herman get?). With the way recruiting is going, 19 20 seasons will be very fun. This year? Lolz

The Ags won the natty in 1939....back when the military schols could still recruit decent talent....
It wasn't until 1965 that Texas A&M(it was also called Agriculture and Mechanical College of Texas at that time) removed the requirement for students to be in the corps. Therefore, to be fair, if you only look at games after 1967, when Texas A&M was on a more equal ground to tu(prior to that A&M's enrollment was all cadets, and all football players had to be in the corps, which greatly hampered recruitment efforts), the series is 25-20 in favor of the horns...
