Mixing grease in wheel bearings ?

I recently had the hubs replaced on my trailer, they pack them with Valvoline multi-purpose, Should I continue to use what is packed in them or can I switch ? Thanks

It's not the brand but the chemical makeup and the rating like nlgi gc and so on. some will say compatible with...... really just need to know what type for example lithium... and I think that there were some mismatches that would actually harden when mixed but that was not really a brand thing. Thats kinda my basic layman understanding.

Google grease compatibility chart. Basically brand dont matter but composition does.
