Well I also tie one of the little jig and used Arctic Fox hair for this one! Also put a little Midge Flash in it. Skip

Hey Skip, what is the tail feather material. The black material seems more rigid and fibrous than maribou. Please advise and thanks. Great looking Jig !

SK I just bought a bunch of them back when I was tying them a lot! Even have some that were hand poured before he went to spin casting them. Robert made the original one cavity mold from a head I sent him, then we talked about what I wanted. Main thank g for me was I didnt want a big collar and I didnt want a bard, only wanted very small collar and flair at the end. That is how this head became available.
The ones hand poured are right at 1/16 and the spin cast one are just a little less.
Yes 4Weight its all Arctic Fox and just the different pieces. They sell a lot of body fur in packs, but I also have some tails that I can use. Have too much Black and Blue colors for sure and jot sure why I lost my mind on them!
