My wife and I took our daughter and one of her friends to the drive in theater in New Braunfels last night to see Christopher Robin. I was never a fan of Winnie the Pooh when I was a kid, mostly because I dont like brits, but anyhoo...

The movie was cool, a bit difficult to follow for my 6 year old who doesnt watch pooh on the reg. Wife and I enjoyed it. Some funny moments, a couple of gunshots and explosions. No nudity, but Pooh doesnt wear any pants, so theres that.

I give it 4.5 out of 5 cantankerous olds.

I watched the trailer thinking about taking the 8 year old grandson. Poohs mouth doesn't move when he talks and the cockney accent is a little on the hard to understand side. I would need a translator.

I didnt really pay much attention to it, but I want to say that his mouth did move. He is a mush mouth and hard to understand though.

Factoid:

"Peter Claver Cullen (born July 28, 1941) is a Canadian voice actor. He is best known as the voice of Optimus Prime (as well as Ironhide) in the original 1980s Transformers animated series, and most other incarnations of the character.
