A man arrested at the Texarkana Regional Airport on July 4th allegedly told investigators he intended to fly a stolen plane to a rap music concert in another state. Asked about his lack of training as a pilot, Zemarcuis Devon Scott, 18, allegedly told Texarkana, Ark., police that he didn't believe there was much more to the task than pushing buttons and pulling levers, according to a probable cause affidavit used to create the following account. story

Im a qualified electrician on A4s and C130s. I know the instruments and the controls. Im licensed to turn and burn the A4, and I could maybe get it flying and autopilot to my destination, but Id have to get over the airport and punch out. No way I could land it. No way Id try it in the C130.

Landing is pretty easy.
Pull the thrust lever to idle....itll come down.
Surviving the landing...thats a bit trickier.

Push the lever forward, houses get bigger, pull the lever back, houses get smaller or at least that was how flying was explained to me by a 130 driver.
