Two guarantees with concrete. One, it will get hard. Two, it will crack. Actually that area of DFW has the worst soil for movement I've ever seen. Most builders avoid that area.

I've always wondered about that. 635, 114, etc are like rollercoasters thru Irving/Los Colinas.
