If a guy wanted to go “up the river” around the DFW area what lakes offer some narrowing....I heard Lake Whitney has a river......Are there others?

Bridgeport is the best of all. West Fork of the Trinity. Check it out. Nice water, easy to get to and all types of ways to fish it.
