Does anybody know if the river is still accessible? I see the lake is 8 feet below full which doesn't sound too bad for Buchanan. I am planning on going out there this weekend and wanted to give a quick tour of the river while I am out.

thanks

I ended up going to Lake Buchanan and went up the Colorado River. The river is still navigable all the way to the state park. It was shallow in a few places but still good to go. I would think it would still be good if the lake drops another foot, any more than that and I think you would have a few problem areas.
