Going to start on third shift Sunday night a long with that comes some changes in diet and exercise. Starting tomorrow going with the colon blow detox. I will keep you updated thank you for your prayers in advance.

Yesterday did the bowflex elliptical today jogged, urine is clear to a little off color championship quality
