I'm getting nervous also but my bank said I can get my money back.

I sent an email to the guy asking for shipping carrier and tracking number. not heard back yet.

this is the email I received from them when I asked about the shipping:

Hello. Thanks for getting in touch:) Did you get a shipping confirmation email on July 27th? Please check your spam/junk folder for it. Your order was shipped out on the 27th, so with 7-15 days delivery time, it means that it should arrive between August 3rd to August 11th. Thank you

My gut tells me this deal stinks. I contacted my credit card company today and disputed the transaction.

This was his response to me

Hello! Thanks for getting in touch:) In order to keep shipping costs free for our customers, we have to go with the cheapest shipping option(7-15 days), which unfortunately does not include tracking. We soon plan to add an Express Shipping option at an additional price when checking out. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you!

P.S - Our reels are directly shipped from our warehouse supplier in Australia, they are shipped with Australian regular mail. Thank You!

They still have the sale going on. When was the earliest yall have ordered one, July 22d? And still none received from what I can tell but that falls within the estimated time window. I'm interested but want to see someone get 1 first!

I got my shipping com on 7-26. With a 7-14 day shipping time frame, I'm 6 days into it.
I'll hold on until after the known delivery date time frame.
I still have to wonder? Who is the shipping carrier?
