Started on belton this morning at 0650. I had two buddies with me, we made a run out to about 45 FOW and marked a few fish. We dropped spoons down and my buddy hooked up with a nice 13" white bass first drop then nothing else, after that we switched to trolling and picked up 2 before the magic happened... White bass started busting the surface EVERYWHERE. There were soo many schools of white bass busting each boat that was out there had their own school to pick from. We put 75 in the boat in 2 hours! Didn't even get a chance to finish my coffee or donuts but hey that ain't a bad problem to have in my book lol! One of my buddies took 25 home to clean himself so that saved me a little elbow grease... Got home, got the electric filet knife out and went to work on the 50 remaining fish. Great times with great friends!
