I haven't been checked at Walmart or pulled over by the cops since I cut my hair, started shaving and bought a nice car.

Next time get up from their scooter and make a huge fuss. Scream at them how it's not only illegal, but insulting and harassment. Just remember in your heart, you will be a hero/a champion for our rights, not the fool everyone is pointing and laughing at. I'm not gonna do that. Can't we have a discussion about a subject without going off the deep end. I'm trying to get a point across And a couple of questions answered, which have not close to being answered, and you think I'll go to the store and act like a damn fool.

A cop cannot search my vehicle unless I give him permission or he suspects me of a crime.
Wal-Mart is either searching my property without my permission or they are accusing me of a crime.
Does a door greeter have more rights to search than a duly sworn officer of the law? This is a classic example of public vs private action. Look up "shopkeepers privilege" for more information. *edit* oh, you would hate shopping at Costco. They check everyone's receipt.

I visit multiple Walmarts and some do it and some don't. I'm guessing the ones that have a high theft rate are the one's doing it. Sams Club has been doing it for years.

Yes, G-Pap they can check you legally and they have begun doing it at many Wal-Marts just like they do it at all Costcos.

Not arguing because I truly dont know, but comparing Costco, Sams...etc. (membership agreement required) to Walmart et al doesnt seem like apples to apples comparison. I think when you sign up as a Costco member you agree to show receipt, as a condition of membership if/when asked.

A little real life human interaction can't be all that bad. All those people working the door at walmart seem nice enough to me.

Use the grocery app. Drive up and they load your groceries. For other stuff, order online and pickup your stuff just inside the door.
Or use Amazon.

I beg to differ. After I pay for the merchandise and it is sacked up and I have my receipt in hand it is my merchandise not theirs. A cop cannot search my vehicle unless I give him permission or he suspects me of a crime.
Wal-Mart is either searching my property without my permission or they are accusing me of a crime.
Does a door greeter have more rights to search than a duly sworn officer of the law? Let me know how that works out for ya.
