Put 4” of hot water in the bath tub and stand in it with your new boots on until you socks are damp, wear them for about an hour then allow to dry, you will thank me later, I do this with all my boots no matter what they are made of or how much they cost. I believe this may work, but I broke in several pairs of Luchese high dollahs without the water. I just couldn't do this.
