Mini Nilla wafers taste very different from regular Nilla wafers. I completely support this position!! My guess is that its due to the ratio variance in darker outer wafer area/lighter inner wafer area per wafer - on minis vs. regular. I also believe this phenomenon could be proven as fact, by measuring and then mathematically expressing the respective difference in dark wafer/light wafer ratios between the two types of wafers.

I agree, and to add to that, the surface area is smaller. So, it doesn't trigger as many taste buds as the normal size wafers do.

maybe different brand, I have gotten the clover brand and they tasted way different but the Nilla ones tastes the same to me
