Been having pain for a while. I spend 8-12 hours a day in my truck. It's especially bad sitting in a vehicle.
I notice when I'm wearing a belt (which is most of the time) it is worse. I can grab my pants or belt and lift it off my leg and get a little relief.
It kinda feels like I put a tennis ball between my thigh and stomach and then bend over smashing it into my leg or waist.
