LTPO on bottom, meat and cheese on top, then your hero ie. Japs, bacon, avocados etc. It ain't that hard. Carry on. This it. Lettuce on the bottom keeps all that juicy good stuff from making the bottom soggy. I am a professional

Bottom bun, patty, ketchup or mustard, shredded/grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, top bun.
Bun needs to be toasted on the grill

Bun needs to be toasted on the grill The mention of ketchup on a burger destroyed any cred you might have had.

Had Fuddruckers for lunch today. Always put fixing on bottom to keep it from getting soggy and falling apart.

the whole greasy meat on top of everything is weird. If you get it that way at restaurant you cant take anything you don't like off without destroying the burger and getting grease all over. Not to mention I don't like my tomatoes squashed and my lettuce wet.

But you be you. Cruddy fast food type burgers need that garbage. Good meat should stand alone. Sometimes it's good to try different types of stuff on burgers, and it can be good...most places like Whataburger are the equivalent of well done steak...might as well roll it around in fancy ketchup so you'll have something to taste. What's your place called?

What's your place called? In a way I see your point. When I make burgers at home I prefer them with cheese only and typically when I order burgers I get them dry with cheese and minimal salad toppings. I love the taste of good meat. With that said I also like the fancy burgers with mushrooms and jalapanoe's, etc....
