I saved a tremendous amount and did mine myself using pressure treated lumber, indoor/outdoor glue and a higher end fabric indoor/outdoor carpet. All from Home Depot for an 18 Nitro for <$100.

Also replaced them at the boat ramp with new bolts and cordless drill and socket set.
