I keep a first aid kit somewhere in my truck. I can never find the dang thing so I always have to rig something so I can get back to work. My fingers are covered in electrical tape at the moment and super glue has been a go to when the wound is to big to seal with tape and usually requires stitches. Anyone else do this or have a goofier quick fix when you need to stop bleeding everywhere and get back to it ?

If I get a bleeding injury while sitting at my computer, something went terribly wrong.

Cut resistant or Kevlar gloves, there are some fairly comfortable ones out there.

Get back to work Nicky and quit screwing around. Blood or no blood you have to be done today. Posting on the TFF is only slowing you down. Man up, just wipe the blood off when your done.

I have a large tupperware box I keep in the work truck. It contains super glue, various tapes, clean...ish rags, antiseptics, electrical wire, string, a few sticks, pain meds, a lighter, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and a knee brace...plus some other typical first aid stuff (gauze, bandages, latex gloves, iodine, those stinky sniff things, etc.)I've dropped in there over the years.

If I think I might need stitches, I'm gonna go get them. Failure to report an injury on the job is grounds for termination, I ain't doing the man no favors and when it comes down to him sacrificing your azz for his you can kiss it good bye.
