Adam and I finished off the 4th of July Week with both boats out on Thursday, Friday & Saturday and lots of Catchin'! The White Bass Top Water action was just short of AWESOME on Friday and downright challenging on the other two days. We put most of our Limits on Friday in the box with Rat-L-Traps and Tail Spinners, but had to go to the always reliable RSR Silver Slabs the other two days to get a box of fish! We also had LOTS of Hybrid action all three days but the majority were "Under 18". The White Bass schools were largely suspended fish on Thursday & Saturday and were caught off Main Lake Points and Humps in 20'-25' FOW. The best Top Water was off the 309 Flats in 10' FOW. Lots of Kiddos on board last week which meant lots of smack talkin' and picture taking! Adam also worked in a Bachelor Party on Saturday Morning as some Great Guys from all over Texas joined him to celebrate and catch enough fish for a Saturday Night Fish Fry! I spoke with out there last week. The schooling was great last Monday, a little slower on Tuesday, and tough on Thursday. Sounds like I should have come down Friday. If you're looking for a guide these guys know what they are doing.
