I know these things are trash but has anyone had a problem with the bow stop on the winch post breaking off? I've had mine welded twice and it keeps breaking off when loading the boat.
You never want a drink of water till the well runs dry

I broke mine, and I also just had mine break while pulling my Marine Master trailer (Phoenix). So that's twice.
Apparently, the yellow bow rollers are too hard and don't take enough of the shock, so the cradle takes it while hauling, and obviously if you ram the boat up on it.
They (Marine Master) sent me the "updated" bow roller (it's orange) with a new cradle/bracket and I haven't had any problems with it.

Most of the ones Ive seen break are from power loading not just randomly breaking off

Not being a wise as$ and you already know many high end bass boats came on junk EZ Loader trailers. More than one friend had to be careful and ease the nose up and not power load or he would have problems. Also they couldnt use the built in steps on the fiberglass fenders cus they were all falling off.

I have had several issues with my EZ Loader trailer. Wheel fender weld breaking. Torsion beam needing replaced. Several brake issues. I have never had the issues have had here though.

Had one (2001 EZ Loader Trailer) for 14 years. Bought it when it was 3 years old. Sold it at 17 years old. It broke once. Had it fixed never had another problem with it.

Quit ramming it and get someone competent to weld a NEW one on. put your trailer in the water a few inches more shallow and you wont smash it nearly as hard.

Bring it to me and I'll weld it solid.
