Great place... some of the most friendliest down to earth people I've ever met. Don't pay attention to anyone that says different...
they don't know wth they're talking about.

GUNS UP!!!

Niece and Nephew(twins) graduate from Tech next year. They grew up in the New Braunfels area and love Lubbock. I loved my time spent there. There was not much growth outside the loop at the time. #RipStripServePamAnythingshewants

Why would you go back voluntarily? The actual city is like mini Detroit

Love Lubbock. Very down to earth people. Everyone on the highway waves at you.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right

Arlington is much closer to Detroit than Lubbock.

Meh.....I'd give that one to Lubbock. I was on the Northeast side and downtown all day. Ate on Buddy Holly Lane or whatever it's called. It was a ghost town.

Is Lubbock better than Lewisville? I remember you telling us what a dump Lewisville is a while back.
