They should've sprayed her with a firehouse until she fell off. or shoot her off like they did King Kong he could have been on the Empire State building though

i have spent my entire professional career climbing structure
i cannot figure out how that lady got to where she was
no access at all
the police had 24 foot ladders they used I could tell you how she got up there, but I won't.
