I need a good rod to throw middle to deeper diving cranks on. I've used a kistler and really liked it. However if I can find a well recommended rod for $75 - $150 that is what I would rather spend. Thanks for any recommendations.

Just got one of these and it's a pretty nice rod. Been using it for 6xd and 8xd, works well. Great price.

MS1 7.5H deep cranking rod....intro price is 150.00 and you will absolutely love the rod. The majority of the rods in this price point are not comparable as these rods are overbuilt with high end parts and a MajorCraft exclusive Japanese blank. Let me know thanks!

The IROD Genesis II Cast Rod 7'11" Fred's Crank Launcher is a great rod for deeper divers

Many people like the BPS Crankin' Stik, but I am not one of them. I fished it during our CB trial, but that was 20 years ago. The rod has gotten better, I am told, but I haven' tried it again. I like my Dobyns, but it is out of your price range, but they DO have a very good Fury CB rod for $110, though, that fits the bill VERY well. Here is a link, if you want to look at it.

Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
