What kind of maintenance do you guys do on your reels and how often do you do it?

Generally, once a year. I'll do a reel or two at a time. I completely break mine down and re-oil and grease them. If I have been fishing a tournament in the rain, I will take those reels and get them cleaned out and whipped down to prevent any dirt that might get in and muddy up or debris that may compromise the smoothness of the reel.

Once a year, normally in January. Like bbassfishes said couple at a time. Don't tournament fish. Quantum Hot Sauce grease and oil, red colored.
