The pattern that worked for me this past weekend was finding water that contained ALL of these elements:
Clear Water
Slight Chop
any soft plastic with a high action tail

The lake seems to be hot right now. Lots of big bags coming in the past 2-3 weeks

I go to the North end of Eagle Mountain just about every weekend, very very shallow right now, stained water, fishing has been pretty good, sticking to vegetation and fallen limbs, trees, etc... Had lots of luck with rage craws texas rigged, weightless nose hooked flukes & soft plastic swimbaits, frogs and top water are really good early morning for a very short window.
